Citizens for a Better Seguin supports responsible growth, but data center development must not come at the expense of our residents. Before any large data center moves forward, the City of Seguin must ensure it will not reduce water reliability, strain electric capacity, increase utility costs, or create unnecessary burdens on infrastructure, traffic, drainage, emergency services, or nearby neighborhoods.

Data centers must be properly located, buffered, screened, and reviewed with full transparency. Seguin’s water, power, quality of life, and long-term future must come first.
